Underwhelming experience with rude staff

It was just an optimal selection for a brief hiatus in Ayia Napa with good value for money. The pool area was nice, and I enjoyed soaking up the sun without too much fuss. Bring your own cleaning supplies if you want to tidy up a bit.

fedrania gardens has a fantastic pool layout and design that really stands out. the location is perfect, just a short walk to shops and the beach while being in a quiet area. the reception staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we also loved the seasonal outdoor pool!

The room had a beautiful view of the pool, which I loved. The pool area itself stood out, with its impressive layout and clean design. Enjoyed spending time around the pool, relaxing in the sun. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and local shops. The fridge in my room worked well after repair. there were some issues that dampened my stay. The shower leaked water onto the floor, which was annoying. Housekeeping lacked consistency. I had to remind them several times for towels and cleaning. The service at the restaurant was hit or miss. some staff could be unhelpful at times. Breakfast options seemed limited, feeling less than satisfying. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere was enjoyable, making it a decent place to stay while I worked around the inconveniences.

The Superior Twin Room with Pool View was pretty spacious and recently renovated. The balcony was a nice touch, offering a lovely view of the swimming pool. But, kind of a downside, there were no towels in the room when I arrived, and the cleaning service was lacking during my stay. the room was comfortable, but a few amenities were missing.

The pool area was fantastic with a huge outdoor space and a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing after beach days. My family loved the clean pools and the kids' playground, where we spent most afternoons.

The kids loved the seasonal outdoor pool and playground, which were perfect for our family vacation. Access to sandy beaches nearby made our days even better. My grandson enjoyed the fun activities every day, creating lasting memories for us all.

The staff are super friendly, especially the chommie at reception who helped us when we needed a room change. The pool area is just stunning, and it’s a lekker spot to relax after chilling on the beach. The location, man, it's a short walk to the beach and shops, so handy!

The cleaning could do with a bit of a boost, just felt like they could've put in a bit more effort on that front.

I had a fantastic time with the kids, especially enjoying the water slides and the beautiful garden area where we spent our afternoons relaxing. The sun loungers were perfect for chilling out after a swim, and we appreciated the cleanliness of our room. Just a small note, the shower could use a little upgrade, but it didn't stop us from having a great trip! 🌞

Rooms could use better cleaning practices!!! Leaking issues need addressing for security!!! Management should inform guests about scheduled events to avoid unpleasant surprises!!! Improving the towels and bedding would definitely enhance the experience!!!

I had a family swim-up room that was exactly like the pics. Access to a private pool right outside was a dream. The staff handled my room change super fast, especially a staff member called Lenka. The pool area was huge, and the jacuzzi was so relaxing. Perfect for chilling out!

The swimming pools were a highlight and provided a beautiful setting. A lovely family atmosphere added to the charm, and we appreciated the close proximity to sandy beaches. Our room offered a refreshing balcony view.

Comfortable room, great location, and spacious swimming pool, with easy access to public transportation and a nice balcony overlooking the area.
